Privacy policy

A short, plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and how to opt out.

Last updated: July 2026.

Short version

  • We don't ask for accounts, names, or payment info — there's nothing to log into.
  • We use standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) for security and traffic analytics.
  • We may show third-party display ads. Ad networks may set their own cookies for ad personalization; you can opt out via your browser settings or your ad network's privacy controls.
  • We do not sell personal information.

What we collect directly

Like most websites, our servers automatically receive standard HTTP request data when you load a page: the URL you requested, your IP address, the user-agent string your browser sends, and the referring page if any. We retain these logs for a limited window (typically 30 days) for the purposes of debugging, abuse mitigation, and aggregate traffic analytics. We do not link this data to a personal identity because we do not collect one.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember UI preferences (e.g. dismissed banners). These cookies are not used for cross-site tracking. Third-party advertising scripts that we may load can set their own cookies for advertising personalization and frequency capping. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the respective ad networks; you can manage or block them through your browser settings.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count page views in aggregate. Where used, the analytics service does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal information.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

Because we don't collect personal data directly, there is no account to delete and no profile to export. To control third-party advertising data, use your browser's "Do Not Track" or "Limit Ad Tracking" settings, install an ad blocker, or use the opt-out tools provided by industry groups such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Changes

We will update this policy if our data practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any revision.
